VOICES© of Service is built to reflect how the participant should approach service when on the job. First, there must be understanding of the qualities inherent in an effective service culture and of one’s role in that culture. Then, there must be the ability to execute against that understanding.
VOICES© presents individual modules on each of the fundamental service skills, including:

Listening
Questioning
Providing service solutions
Handling the challenging customer
