Dynamic Negotiations© is a one-day program designed to provide intensive, interactive training on the process of negotiation, resulting in mutual satisfaction and appreciation of the value received. One of the program’s key differentiators is the focus on negotiation as a process: a replicable, consistent “template” that can be used in any kind of negotiation. DN presents negotiation as a practical methodology that can be effectively used regardless of the general skill level or experience of the practitioner.

DN teaches that negotiations occur when the customer makes a demand for a unilateral concession that reduces the value of the sale to the seller. It trains your salespeople to recognize the “cues” for these demands. And then, how to separate selling—the creation of mutual value—from negotiation—the maintenance of mutual value—so that the seller will always be on the “right page.” Finally, it explores the seller’s negotiation options and how to present them to the customer in a collaborative atmosphere of mutual interest and concern.
